The owner was extremely responsive to my phone calls and texts. Upon arrival he did exactly what I expected  .. examined all of the sprinklers. He explained everything he saw and gave me options.

I recently moved to Fl from another state. My husband stayed behind to sell our old home so of course living alone things go wrong. Within a few days of moving into my new home I did not have any water. Since I was new to wells and water pumps I did not have a clue what to do.
I called Jones Well and Pumps and explained my problem.
Mr Jones came out within the hour (on a Sunday) to fix my water problem.
He made sure before changing the water pump that there was not another problem causing my lack of water. He checked my fuse box and a few other things before letting me know that I needed a new water pump.
He had it installed and working again in less than 30 minutes.
Since I was a senior and living alone and did not know a thing about water pumps he took the time to show and tell me all about them.
I have recommend Mr Jones to a number of friends and I will continue to do so!
